Our program aims to connect mentees with expert mentors in their respective fields, providing invaluable guidance and perspectives on the industry. It doesn't matter where you are in your artistic journey – this mentorship is tailor-made for you!

 

As a mentee, you'll have the unique chance to ask questions and engage in conversations that will help shape your next steps. Our mentorship application process ensures that we pair you with a seasoned professional who is the perfect match for you.

 

Explore a wide range of mentorship areas, including Acting (Theatre-TV-Film), Musical Theatre, Music Direction, Stage Management, Costume Design, College Prep, Lighting Design, Dance, Vocal Performance, and Social Media Influencing.

 

But wait, there are a few requirements! As a selected mentee, we expect you to show up to all scheduled meetings and calls on time and fully prepared. It's important to be honest with both your mentor and yourself about your needs and concerns, understanding that our mentors are here to guide you, not make your dreams come true overnight. Please note that this program does not promise future work opportunities with anyone MPACT may introduce you to. Lastly, always remember to treat MPACT Mentors and guests with the utmost respect – they are here to empower you!
